Shipping & Returns

Please ensure to verify your details when placing an order as once the order is processed, it will unfortunately not be subject to a modification. If you would like to correct your delively details, please get in touch as soon as possible sending an email to contact@muscah.com

Once the payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation by email and you will be able to find you order record on Muscah website on your space 'my account' in the section 'my orders'.

Fast and secured dispatch

Your orders Muscah are processed and dispatched within 2 working days following your purchase.

If the order is placed during a week-end or a french bank holiday, it will be processed the next working day.

All items of La boutique Muscah are carefully packed in sturdy boxes insuring secured transit.

Secured payment

Pay your orders securely by credit or debit card or via your Paypal account. You can also save your payment details securely on the payment page to make your next orders easier.

Tracked delivery

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, you can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website that will be indicated in the email.

Please note delivery timeframes are provided for information purposes only and can vary depending on your postal address.

Delivery to France

Order delivered to France, Andorra and Monaco are delivered within 2 to 4 working days after the dispatch.

Deliveries for orders under 199€ are charged 6,90€.
Deliveries for orders of 199€ or above are free of charge.

Delivery to EU countries

Orders to : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Irland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, The Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden are delivered within 3 to 8 working days after the dispatch.

Deliveries for orders under 199€ are charged 9,90€.

Deliveries for orders of 199€ or above are free of charge.

Delivery to Europe (exluding UE countried)

Orders to : Switzerland, United-Kingdown, Iceland and Norway are delivered within 3 to 8 working days after the dispatch.

Deliveries for orders under 199€ are charged 12,90€.

Deliveries for orders of 199€ or above are free of charge.

Possible duty fees are payable by the client.

Refunds & Exchanges

All products sold on La boutique Muscah can be refunded or exchanged within 21 days from the dispatch of the order, indicated by the email communicating the tracking number.

All returned articles must be sent back in the original package containing all labels and additionnal products originally sent. Please also add to the package the order number. The refund will not be possible if the returned articles are damaged or cannot be sold in the returned state.

The refund will occur on the payment method used when for the order after reception of all articles and after validation of their state. The amount will appear on your account up to 10 working days after the validation of the refund.

Free returns from France

Orders from France

All returns for orders from France, Monaco and Andorra are free and are made with Mondial Relay.

Orders from EU and Europe

All returns are charged if you order from a country out of France and are either made with local post office services, Mondial Relay or UPS. If returning the order with local post office services, you will need to return the order by your own means to the address provided by email. Returns made with Mondial Relay or UPS will be subject to a 15€ fee deducted from the amount refunded.
